Step into a space of calm and renewal at The Still Room with a 45 minute restorative Qigong session. This gentle and powerful practise combines mindful movement and breath work to help you reconnect with your body's natural rhythm, cultivate energy and restore balance.  Perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.  

Leave feeling centred, grounded and refreshed with a deep sense of relaxation and clarity.

I offer  workshops in Somatic Energy Practises (gentle mindful movement, inspired by Qigong) to help you:
