A gentle restorative Qigong class in East Sheen designed to calm the nervous system, release stress and support deep relaxation.
Through slow, flowing Qigong movements, breath awareness and grounding practices, you’ll unwind tension,
settle the mind, and restore balance at the end of the week.
This class draws on traditional Qigong systems including Shibashi, Small Universe and Elemental Alchemy, adapted into an accessible, modern practice for wellbeing and stress relief.
You’ll leave feeling centred, grounded and quietly refreshed, with a greater sense of ease in body and mind.
No experience needed – suitable for all ages and levels.
Personalised, restorative sessions tailored to your needs. These sessions are ideal if you are experiencing stress, anxiety, overwhelm or fatigue, or if you simply need dedicated time to reset and restore balance.
Drawing on Qigong, breathwork, gentle movement and seasonal wellbeing principles, each session is adapted to support nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing in a grounded, supportive way.
Immersive seasonal and wellbeing-focused sessions designed around specific themes such as stress relief, nervous system calm, energy balance and restorative movement.
Workshops combine Qigong systems (including Shibashi, 8 Brocades or Elemental practices), gentle yoga-inspired movement and nature-based awareness to support deeper rest and reconnection.
